Carl Clark is a partner in the firm and focuses on representing debtors and other parties in bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, and workout matters. In addition, he is a Chapter 7 panel trustee for the District of Kansas.
He is Board Certified in both business and consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification, and he is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Clark has been recognized as Best of the Bar in bankruptcy matters by the Kansas City Business Journal and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in the area of bankruptcy. In addition, he served as the vice president of the Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association and is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy topics. Mr. Clark received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and received his law degree from the University of Kansas.
