Mr. Hennier is a partner in the firm. He joined the firm in the summer of 2003 and has represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy throughout his career. Mr. Hennier is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is a regular contributor of articles on bankruptcy topics to the Johnson County BarLetter publication.
