Shane McCall is an associate in the firm and has worked there since the summer of 2009. Mr. McCall focuses on reorganizations, liquidations, receiverships, and other bankruptcy-related matters. He has worked on debtor and creditor issues throughout his career.
Mr. McCall received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Kansas. While in law school, he served on the Kansas Law Review as the symposium editor, was a member of the Moot Court Council and recognized for the best brief in the law school’s moot court competition, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. McCall also served as an intern for the Honorable Dale L. Somers of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas and was recognized with the 2010 Medal of Excellence from the American Bankruptcy Institute in recognition of his class work and research in the field of bankruptcy.
